Responsibilities & Context:Market Information collection & market analysis.Acquire adequate knowledge about products.Identify potential customers.Approaching potential.Customers and maintain positive relationship with them.Troubleshoot and Support Team on complex customer issues.Ensure proactive relationship building/customer contact plans and pipeline management for both existing and new customers Monitor the client portfolio regularly and manage risk appropriately through risk management toolsEnsure timely and accurate maintenance of customer information and deal pipeline on relevant systems as requiredDevelop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide a superior quality serviceDevelop excellent relationship with other stakeholders e.g.: Bankers for generating new customer leads.Collect payment from customers as per company policy.Education Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience:

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 40 years
