Responsibilities & Context:The selected candidate will perform and ensure all security-related responsibilities of the Factory. Defense background (Bangladesh Army)- Sergeant / Warrant officer will get preference.Responsibilities:Control access to the factory by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vehicles.Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including factory floor, warehouse, boundary, and parking areas.Check delivery and dispatch vehicles as per company protocol.Maintain entry/exit logbooks and security registersAny other task assign by the management.Education Requirements:

Experience:

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies

Height must be 5 feet 7 inches or above.Must have sound physical fitness.Energetic, Sincere, Hard worker and Dutiful.Presentation and facilitation skill for conducting training, workshop, and seminar.Capacity to liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including governmentKnowledge about ISO and compliance audit.Knowledge fire safety management.Skills & Expertise:Fire Safety Training,Monitoring and Supervision,Safety and Security ManagementCompensation & Other Benefits:
