Responsibilities & Context:Providing technical advice to production staff, product development, quality control staff.Operating knowledge about spectrophometer, hero dispenser & gyro mixer machine.Colour judgement capability both visual & numerical by using CCI (Color Computer Inspection).Using reference samples to identify colour requirements & maintain CMC value within standard level.Ensuring colour fastness, accurate colour production, stability and durability of products.Using colour measuring equipment, light source to ensure colour reliability in pigments.Controlling sample & bulk production within same quality standards.Cleaning, maintenance & calibration of spectrophometer and other instruments of analysis lab.Ensure 5S & safety and prepare KYT based on section risk assessment.Good understanding about GHS symbol & maintain SDS or MSDS during paint or chemical handling in Slider Enameling.Producing innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.Conduct training to subordinates & workers.Any other tasks assigned by the department manager.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
Graduation from any discipline.Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies
