Responsibilities & Context:Plan and manage customer relationship activities and ensure their satisfaction at an optimum level.Build and maintain profitable and sustainable relationships with key clients.Understand key clients` individual needs and coordinate to implement as appropriate.Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the existing client relationship team.Liaise with the design, construction, and structural team to implement the requirements of the clients.Coordinate with the concerned department to modify drawing of the project as per the preference of the clients.Meet credit collection targets on monthly and yearly basis as planned.Remind customers and issue letters for irregular payments and dues.Maintain monthly recovery report regarding irregular/long pending clients.Education Requirements:Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil EngineeringExperience:
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
