Responsibilities & Context:Job ContextSince beginning Dhaka Power Traders (DPT) has been at the forefront of mastering international standards in power solutions. Our commitment to excellence has earned us the trust and loyalty of our customers, establishing our products as a recognizable presence in the marketplace.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team to manage the day-to-day financial and inventory operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial recording, timely reconciliation, and efficient stock management.Job ResponsibilitiesRecord accurately daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and other related entries in the accounting system.Prepare payment and receipt vouchers, ensure proper documentation, and post journal entries in accordance with accounting standards.Receive payments, manage banking transactions, and perform timely reconciliation of bank statements to ensure accuracy.Monitor receivables and payables, track due dates, and follow up on outstanding balances to maintain healthy cash flow.Receive, inspect, and record stock items; ensure that all goods are properly documented and entered into the system.Maintain an up-to-date and accurate stock ledger along with digital records.Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass) in Accounting
Experience:
  • At most 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Battery, Storage cell
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
