Responsibilities & Context:Conduct refraction tests and provide primary eye care services.Maintain accurate patient records (both hardcopy and software based) at the vision center.Provide treatment and prescribe corrective lenses as required.Support patients via tele communication systems where applicable.Refer patients to the base hospital when advanced care in needed.Operate and maintain modern eye care equipment efficiently.Ensure effective patient counseling and communication.Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth Vision Center operations.Participate in training, workshop, meeting and seminar organized by Dristidan Eye Hospital and its Partners organization.Uphold accuracy confidentiality and professionalism in all activities.Additional Job Requirements:
