Responsibilities & Context:Playpen is a leading English medium school that has been running successfully for 48 years located at Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka on its permanent campus. The school is looking for an enthusiastic professional with solid work experience in education institutions and excellent multitasking skills for the role of Academic Head.Job Responsibilities

Oversee the entire academic and administrative operations of the school
Implement policies, programs, and curricular activities to ensure quality education for students and professional development for Teachers and Administrative staff
Lead the institution innovatively and uphold educational excellence
Achieve all targets and goals set by the Management Committee
Ensure effective execution of decisions made by the Management Committee
Maintain liaison with government and non-government agencies, in coordination with the Finance & Admin Officer
Supervise and monitor all school activities for smooth operation

Education Requirements:

Master of Science (MSc)
Master of Arts (MA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Social Science (MSS)
Master of Commerce (MCom)

CIE

Masters' in Arts (English) / Science / Business (foreign degrees will be preferred)

Experience:

At least 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 45 to 55 years

Minimum 7 years in educational institutes and in Administration.
Should be capable of Short term & Long term planning of overall Academic activities.
Must have experience in any English medium school or university.
Knowledge of CIE Curriculum and Training is a must.
