Responsibilities & Context:1. Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Rangpur branch.Expand corporate customer/ sales network in the northern region.Monitor competitor activities and market trends; develop strategies to capture market share.Must be submit corporate sales funnel to GM corporate.2. Financial & Compliance AccountabilityMonitor branch expenses and ensure cost efficiency.Prepare branch sales reports, forecasts.Ensure adherence to company compliance, credit policies, and financial regulations.3. Branch Operations ManagementOversee daily operations of the rangpur branch, including order processing, delivery, and stock management.Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and compliance with company policies.Coordinate with the central warehouse and logistics team for smooth supply chain operations.4. Dealer & Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with key dealers, partners, and corporate clients in Rangpur region.Resolve escalated customer complaints and provide timely solutions.Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings to ensure satisfaction and retention.Supervise, coach, and motivate branch sales & operations staff.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience:
  • 10 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
