Skill Requirements:

Call Center, Call Centre Agent/Team Lead, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluent in speaking English, Persistent and result oriented, proficient in CRM software.
However, once you speak fluent and smart English, We don't care about your Academic Record.

Experience Requirements:

At least 1-3 years in any International Call Center and in USA/UK/Canada/Australia based campaigns.
We prefer candidates having experience in Real Estate, TimeShare, MCA(Chasers only) & other USA based campaigns.
The applicants Must have experience in International Call Centers (1.5 years of experience) or Having English Medium Background otherwise you won't be selected at all.

Responsibilities & Context

You need to make outbound B2B/ B2C calls to USA to sell our product & services.
You need to ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the deal.
You need to be receiving calls & customers enquiries to sale our products/service using CRM software as per the instruction provided.
