Responsibilities & Context:Important information: Woodland Plywood & particle Board Mills LTD. is a leading manufacturer Board products in Bangladesh. Established in 2025, we have transformed the Wood industry in Bangladesh. Our products include Plywood, Particle, MDF, PVC, Melamine Board, and various items. We take pride in our Bangladeshi identity and are committed to quality, innovation, and building lasting trust with our customers.Collect production planning and apply it accordingly.Ensure to resolve quality-related issues in production and train operators to enhance efficiency.Ensure to handle several numbers of parties and orders at a time independently.Ability to execute given tasks as per the time frame and action plan.Maintain & preserve related documents & provide a regular report.Coordinate with production department.Ensuring products are produced in time and are of good quality.Working out the human and material resources needed.Monitoring all physical qualities of finishing goods.Ensure planning and organizing production schedules maintaining the target delivery date by assessing the capacity of production.Prepare the Production report & submit to the management as when necessary.Other relevant assigned tasks as per the supervisor's instructions.Education Requirements:

Experience:

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Furniture Manufacturer
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
