Responsibilities & Context:Supervise and manage lab operations to ensure all incoming raw materials and garments are tested accurately and on time.Coordinate with UK & HK teams, suppliers, and internal departments for testing requirements, approvals, and audits.Monitor calibration, maintenance, and compliance of all lab equipment; ensure international accreditation standards are maintained.Review and approve test reports, escalate failures, and support root cause analysis with QA/Technical teams.Train, guide, and monitor lab executives and junior staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professional development.Maintain testing databases, analyze trends, and prepare reports for management decision-making.Support Head of Department in audits, process improvements, and customer communicationEducation Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

Textile Engineering/Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related field.Experience:

5 to 7 years
