Responsibilities & Context:Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive / Senior Executive - Product Development (Garment Accessories) to drive innovation and excellence in the development of garment accessory items such as Woven Labels, Printed Care Labels, Bandrole Paper Boxes, Heat Transfer Labels, Stickers, Bows, and related products. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end product development cycle, from concept to commercialization, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. This role requires close collaboration with design, production, sourcing, and marketing teams to meet evolving customer requirements and industry trends.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development:Lead the product development process from concept to final approval, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, market trends, and company goals.Collaborate with design teams to develop product specifications, material selections, and prototypes.Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments for new product lines.Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials within budget constraints.Plan and manage development timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved on schedule.Monitor production samples and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.Coordinate with the production team to transition products from development to mass production seamlessly.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.Provide insights and recommendations for product innovation and improvement.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align product offerings with market needs.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the development cycle.Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years

  • Age At most 38 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.In-depth technical knowledge of various garment accessories (e.g., labels, Woven label, Bandrole paper box, hangtags, elastics, packaging items, etc.), including material properties, production processes, and finishing techniques.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Leadership and team management skills.Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.Customer-focused with a creative and innovative mindset.Skills & Expertise:Garments Merchandising,Merchandising,Product DevelopmentCompensation & Other Benefits:
