Responsibilities & Context:1. Human Resources (HR):Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.Maintain and update employee personal files, HR database, and attendance records.Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.Support training & development initiatives and maintain related documentation.2. Administration:Provide support in day-to-day office administration and facility management.Assist in procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination.Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for administrative tasks.Monitor office assets, supplies, and ensure timely replenishment.Support travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event management.3. Compliance:Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Ensure statutory compliance (labor law, HR policies, safety, and workplace regulations).Support audits by preparing and maintaining required compliance documents.Report and escalate compliance-related issues to management.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in line with company policy.4. General/Other Responsibilities:Work closely with senior management to understand departmental goals.Prepare reports, presentations, and drafts as required.Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives.Learn and apply organizational processes to build knowledge and skills for future leadership roles.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Postgraduate diploma in HRM/ Compliance may be an added advantage.Experience:
  • At most 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
