Responsibilities & Context:Pattern Master will work under Sample Development Team to prepare accurate patterns for various styles, ensuring proper fitting and production feasibility according to buyer requirements. Must also be able make Marker for consumption. The role requires close coordination with the Design, Merchandising and production teams to interpret designs into patterns, maintaining fabric efficiency and quality standards to support timely and cost-effective sample and bulk production.Job Description:Assist Pattern Team for garment (Woven - Bottom & Jacket) design & productionMakes basic sizes pattern by using auto cad software - Lectra, Tuka etc.Pattern correction according to sample fitTurn 2D patterns into visual stunningPrepare sample after approval from buyer & send to concern departmentCreate master pattern for each sizeMark Samples & Finished patterns with informationAny other task as & when requiredEducation Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

4 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 26 to 45 years

MUST BE ABLE TO DO Pattern Making and MarkerShould have experience in all kind of bottoms, jackets & TopsMUST have knowledge on different types of fabrics woven and knit.Computer literacy is must, especially in CAD Technology (LECTRA, TUKA).Ability to work independently and under time pressure.Must be adjustable with factory environmentStrong interpersonal skills to deal with management.Should have knowledge in manual pattern and LECTRASkills & Expertise:AutoCAD,CAD
