Responsibilities & Context:Job Context:The incumbent will be responsible for biomass multiplication and tissue culture operations. The role requires extensive hands-on experience in handling fungal tissue culture techniques and the ability to manage dedicated laboratories independently.Key Responsibilities:Perform tissue culture activities including:Liquid culture expansionGrain-to-grain transferAgar plate techniquesOther advanced multiplication methodsIndependently manage the operations of the Tissue Culture Lab and Multiplication Lab.Ensure contamination-free culture handling and maintain accuracy in all experimental procedures.Maintain lab hygiene, safety protocols, and proper documentation of processes.Support in developing and optimizing culture techniques for improved efficiency.Collaborate with research and production teams for biomass multiplication.Education Requirements:Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Genetic Engineering, Botany, Agricultural Science, or related fields will have an added advantage.Experience:
