Responsibilities & Context:Overview:RFL Group is seeking a Head of Quality Control & Assurance to lead the QC/QA function for Plastics or Stationery business. The role is focused on ensuring global product quality, implementing QMS, and managing buyer compliance requirements. Candidates with a garments QC/QA background and experience with buyer audits and compliance systems are highly preferred.

Lead Quality Control & Assurance, ensuring products meet quality standards in Plastics or Stationery business.
Handle buyer compliance requirements and conduct internal, buyer, and third-party audits.
Approve samples, in-line, pre-final, and final inspections.
Implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) and maintain QC/QA documentation.
Lead and train QC/QA staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and QMS standards.
Manage and maintain ISO and other quality certifications.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Master of Science (MSc)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial production, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in Garments industry.Experience:

At least 5 years
