Architect Consultant

• Design Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative design concepts for the offline centers that align with our brand identity and educational objectives.
• Space Planning: Conduct site assessments to determine spatial requirements and optimize the layout of each offline center for efficiency and usability.
• Architectural Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, to communicate design intent and facilitate the construction process.
• Material Selection: Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet quality standards and budget constraints.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all architectural designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Construction Oversight: Work closely with contractors and project managers to oversee the construction process, providing guidance and resolving design-related issues as they arise.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets specified standards and that the finished offline centers meet expectations.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to develop and manage project budgets related to architectural design and construction activities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as an Architect or Architect Consultant of at least 4 years.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions within budget and timeline constraints.
