M&J Group aspires to be the leading supplier in the global fashion business by offering the best expertise and knowledge in producing Ready Made Garments.This position is recommended for the Levi`s buyer.Job Responsibilities:Drive key product development milestones - post FLA PER, Test submissions and report analysis, CS reviews for finish, CS testing and report analysis, PER 2 callouts and closures.Drive process improvement and product elevation as an integrated part of daily routine work.To facilitate speed in pre-production and shade band process.To calibrate with quality, finishing & QMP Teams on finish aesthetics.Shade band reviews before submitting to LS&Co. FE subsequently approving them over the period of time.Random finish audit in complex finishes, LAB test follow-up in bulk, additional tolerances review before sending to LS&Co.Involvement in all the activities related to LS&Co. products and drive continuous improvement in laundry and finishing process.In-depth knowledge of LS&Co products in-house, less dependency on LS&Co for easier & daily routine work & repeated reviews.Detailed product analysis at the initial stage of development will lead to a scalable product development, risk covered & highlighted to LS&Co which is bulk feasible leading to hassle free production flow.Should have good knowledge about washing machine, different washing procedure and chemical handling.Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement.Should have good communication and computer knowledge.Education Requirements:B.Sc in Textile Engineering.Experience:
4 to 8 years
