
Senior Executive - Real Estate Sales

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving apartment sales
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads into successful sales
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential buyers and investors
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals
- Maintain an updated client database (CRM) and prepare detailed sales reports
- Handle client queries regarding pricing, payment plans, and project specifications
- Actively participate in real estate fairs, open houses, and promotional events
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- 3 to 4 years

- Age 22 to 35 years

- 3-4 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Bachelor/Honors from any discipline.

- The candidate should have at least 1 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue, and constantly finding ways to innovate and integrate new ideas into the company.
- Highly knowledgeable in the Land/Real Estate business and the current market scenario.
- Experience in forecasting sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning and execution.
- Ability to take on challenges to achieve the sales target.
- Should have a positive mindset to achieve targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis with a strategic marketing plan.
- Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
- Strong skills in corporate sales planning and implementation.
- Any other task assigned by management.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and its current trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate documentation processes
