Responsibilities & Context:Handling all Social MediaMaking social media postsSocial Media Boosting and CampaigningMaking posters, Graphics, Reels, Pixel etc. for social mediaParticipating on business development activitiesMaking short videos for social media.Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferencesDesign and implement social media strategy to align with business goalsGenerate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistencyCommunicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviewsSuggest and implement new features to develop company awareness, like promotions and competitionsStay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applicationsEducation Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience:

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Consulting Firms, Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Job Requirements:
