Responsibilities & Context:Fly Aviance Limited has recently been appointed as the General Sales Agent (GSA) of a major Middle Eastern international airline. To strengthen our operations in Dhaka, Bangladesh, we are seeking dynamic, motivated, and experienced employee to join our growing airlines operations team.Handle flight reservations and ticketing through the airline system.Assist customers and travel agents with fare quotes, re-issuance, refunds, and itinerary planning.Maintain accuracy in booking, cancellations, and schedule changes.Provide excellent customer service and support through phone, email, and counter.Coordinate with sales and airport teams for smooth operations.Promote and sell airline products and services to travel agencies, corporates, and direct customers.Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and promotional activities.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide feedback to management.Coordinate with the reservation and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.Maintain daily accounts and financial records.Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection from agents.Reconcile BSP/airline sales reports and prepare statements.Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and internal audits.Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Support management with timely financial reports and analysis.Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures.Provide customer service and resolve passenger queries efficiently.Coordinate with airline representatives, ground handling teams, and airport authorities.Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.Handle flight documentation, load sheets, and other operational tasks.Support smooth and on-time flight operations.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

At least 1 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Travel Agent, GSA, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Startup, Airport Service

Additional Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in airline, GSA or travel agency.
Knowledge of airline ticketing systems and fare structures.
Strong knowledge of GDS/CRS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
