Responsibilities & Context:Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security In-Charge to oversee and coordinate all security operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement security policies and procedures.Supervise security personnel and ensure they perform their duties effectively.Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access controls.Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate appropriate actions.Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.Maintain security records and prepare reports for management.Experience:
At least 5 years

Age 35 to 50 years
Proven experience in security management or a related field.Retired Armed Forces Member will get preference.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Knowledge of security systems and protocols.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.Relevant certifications in security management are preferred
