We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and execute the entire merchandising process from order development to shipment.Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production teams, and other departments to ensure timely order execution.Negotiate prices, costing, and delivery schedules with buyers and suppliers.Monitor sample development and approvals, ensuring all quality standards and buyer requirements are met.Prepare and follow up order sheets, purchase orders, and all necessary documentation.Ensure accurate production planning in line with buyer requirements and deadlines.Regularly visit the production floor to monitor order progress and troubleshoot issues.Maintain strong relationships with buyers and suppliers to ensure long-term business partnerships.Analyze market trends, product developments, and production capacities to optimize workflow.Prepare regular reports on order status and performance for management review.Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or any relevant discipline from a reputed university.Experience:
At least 10 years
