Responsibilities & Context:Visa Processing Expert - Make Your Clients' Travel Dreams a Reality at Fly Far Trips!Do you have a passion for travel and a knack for navigating the complexities of visa applications?In this dynamic role, you'll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their visa applications are completed accurately and efficiently. You'll provide expert guidance, manage the application process, and liaise with embassies to secure approvals.Fly Far International is one of Bangladesh's leading OTAs, offering a diverse range of travel solutions. With a dynamic and dedicated team, we are transforming the way people explore the world.Responsibilities:Manage the entire visa application process for popular tourist destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, etc.)Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa requirements, documentation, and proceduresEnsure all applications are completed accurately and fees are paid correctlyLiaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to expedite approvals and resolve issuesConduct thorough reviews of visa applications and supporting documents to minimize errors and maximize success ratesMaintain comprehensive records of visa applications for documentation and reporting purposesHandle complex visa applications and escalated cases using problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detailEducation Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent,Immigration/Visa Processing,Travel Startup

Additional Job Requirements:

Only Male

2+ years of experience in visa processing (Preferred)
Background in tourism and hospitality management is a plus
Previous experience in the travel industry is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel & Google Sheets)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
