- Define Product Strategy for Bangladesh Market. Curate product offering for specific platforms (Online, Trade, Key Users)
- Coordinate for price management, Price position in market with respect to competition
- Data analytics, measure market coverage / sold coverage and feed sales team strategic inputs
- Sales delivery: regular interaction with Sales team / market stake holders to understand market trends and support to achieve sales targets
- Provide volume forecast
- Proactively drive product segment wise penetration through deep understanding of barriers
- Organize Product training to all stake holders in Sales value chain- Brand development and communication initiatives
- Channel marketing initiatives , Channel engagement events.·
- Responsible for Sales in Bangladesh by leading the Sales Team of Mobility Aftermarket , Power Tools and to support Sales Building Technologies division
- Responsible: Sales Mobility Aftermarket, Sales Power Tools, Product portfolio management, Channel marketing initiatives, Brand development, Digital marketing initiatives, Business development at Bangladesh for new Bosch Business divisions
- Support role for: Building Technology (BT) Sales, Supply Chain excellence, driving profitability.
