Sr. Executive - QMS (For 100% Export Oriented Woven Garments Manufacturer)

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

• Ensure quality policies and objectives are established and aligned with the organization's goals.

• Coordinate internal and external audits; follow up on findings and ensure timely resolution.

• Conduct weekly/monthly data analysis, track KPIs, and apply RCA & CAP to address discrepancies and efficiency gaps.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, Quality Manual, and documentation control, including record master files

• Follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirements in the factory.

• Implement Total Quality Management for Continual Improvement.

• Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audit.

• Implementation of appropriate Quality procedure in every section.

• Work with customer representative for a better understanding of quality requirements

• Provide training to staff on QMS procedures and quality standards.

• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

• Collaborate with departments to ensure process consistency and compliance.

• To implement 5S /TQM in the factory.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 28 to 40 years

• At least 5 years' experience as Sr. Executive/Executive - QMS in any renowned 100% export oriented Woven bottom RMG industry.

• Quality troubleshooting

• Critical problem solving

• Good analytical knowledge

• Statistical analysis

• Technical skill on the quality issue

• Statistical and data-driven quality control

• Must have good command over MS Office program.

• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skill in English.

• Must be dedicated & result driven.
