- Identify and Target Prospective Clients: Utilize market research, networking, and other lead-generation techniques to identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our SaaS solutions.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with strategic partners, resellers, and channel partners to expand market reach and drive mutual business growth.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Customer Success: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients, fostering long-term relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, including accurate forecasting, tracking of leads and opportunities, and timely follow-up to ensure a consistent flow of business.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
