  • Identify and Target Prospective Clients: Utilize market research, networking, and other lead-generation techniques to identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our SaaS solutions.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with strategic partners, resellers, and channel partners to expand market reach and drive mutual business growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients, fostering long-term relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, including accurate forecasting, tracking of leads and opportunities, and timely follow-up to ensure a consistent flow of business.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
QualificationsQualificationsBusiness graduate, preferably major in Business administration, or marketing from a reputed local/ foreign university.Experience:2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or relevant fields.Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent process design capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-stakes client meetings.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the assigned work.
  • Creative Problem Solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent speaking proficiency in both English & Bangla.
  • Organized and can prioritize effectively.
