Responsibilities & Context:Preparation and presentation of comprehensive costing MIS reports to support management decision-making.Prepare and analyze departmental performance reports and highlight areas for improvementsPrepare monthly/quarterly/yearly cost/profit center based financial reportsTaking measures to find bottleneck in the process to lay before Core Accounts, Business and Concern Authority.Lead cost control initiatives across the organization, identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising on quality or efficiency.Development of Monthly Product/Service wise Sales vs. Cost vs. Benefit analysis Report.Develop service performance reports based on each cost object, providing insights into cost efficiency and areas for improvement.Maintain relations with external/Internal auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations and comply accordingly.Define and implement policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organization goals.Develop variance reports on product costing and perform contribution margin (CM) analysis to assess profitability.Provide critical assessments of all budgets and cost projections, proactively analyze budget variances, and communicate issues and opportunities to management.Provide cost data to support pricing decisions, ensuring that product/service pricing is competitive while maintaining profitability margins.Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust costing strategies as needed.Input in the development of hospital ERPHave up to date knowledge of VAT, personal and corporate taxAny other task assigned by the Head of the department.Experience:
  • At least 3 years

Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Only Male
In-depth Knowledge and familiarity with modern financial management & management accounting, financial policies, costing, budgeting, Tax/VAT rules etc.Strong leadership, people centric and people management skill.Effective analysis and reporting skill.Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.Expertise in MS Excel and analytical ability.
