Responsibilities & Context:Ensure proper medical care for all employees of factoryRefer the serious and critical patients to respective hospitals, if required;Supervise the works of Medical Assistant / Health Worker and First Aid workers;Oversee welfare activities and census;Arrange counselling & Training program regarding health and safety issues;Organise seminars on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out;Report to HRM and communicate any health and welfare related issues.It is a full time job.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Experience:

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Garments Accessories
