Responsibilities & Context:· Assist the Business Development team in managing customer inquiries and service requests.· Support the onboarding of new customers and maintain regular communication with existing clients.· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.· Contribute to identifying potential leads and business opportunities.· Prepare reports, maintain databases, and support documentation tasks.· Participate in client meetings, calls, and customer engagement activities when required.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience:

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Healthcare Startup
