Responsibilities & Context:Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, pitching online our products/services, addressing customer inquiries, negotiating prices, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.Responsibilities:Sales and Lead Conversion:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.Convert leads into confirmed sales by addressing inquiries and objections.Achieve Sales Targets:Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets within the specified timeline.Focus on driving revenue growth through effective telesales strategies.Customer Interaction:Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Handle follow-up calls to nurture leads and finalize sales.Negotiate and Close Deals:Negotiate prices and terms with customers to secure agreements.Ensure timely deal closures while meeting customer expectations.Sales Process Management:Maintain an updated database of customer information and sales activities in CRM software.Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports to the management team.Handle negotiations and ensure timely payments.Instant Problem Solving:Address customer complaints or concerns professionally.Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues promptly.Feedback and Improvement:Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.Stay informed about market trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Diploma
Uttara University,International University of Business Agriculture and Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,Asian University of Bangladesh,Daffodil International University students will get preference

Experience:

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Real Estate, Call Center, E-commerce, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
