Responsibilities & Context:We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in Dhaka. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting multiple administrative functions.What you'll do……Supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standardsAssist the Admin Manager with procurement and purchase-related tasksCollaborate closely with the Admin department to support daily operationsPrepare and maintain the Overtime (OT) sheet for driversOversee the Maintenance department and coordinate timely repairs and improvementsServe as a backup in the absence of the Front Desk ExecutiveYou will thrive in the role if you ……Possess excellent communication and negotiation skillsHave prior experience in administrative functions (preferred but not mandatory)Are a quick learner with a proactive mindset-we also welcome freshers to apply!Experience:
