In depth knowledge in Export/Import Policy, SCM, HS CodeStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Good planning and organizational skills.The ability to work under pressure.Can do attitude, Able to take challenge.Strong team building and leadership skills.Responsibilities & ContextJob Responsibilities:Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being metCollaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholdersMonitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management·Follow-up of all Liaison Office of Buying Company/Shipping Lines/Forwarder/Insurance related job.·Control CNF & Transport activity for inbound and outbound of goods timely.·Guide team members regarding Bonded Warehouse Management (i.e. Bond Audit, GB, UP, Renewal, and Entitlement etc.).·Manage Banking functions.
