- Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyers.
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining the existing client base.
- Takes responsibility for Business development in New Markets & Must have direct buyers.
- Coordinate among factory production, raw material sourcing, planning, material utilization team & other relevant team for smooth production operation.
- Smooth and efficient correspondence and communication with buyers, locally as well as internationally.
- Sales forecasting, Market analysis, and searching new markets & buyers to boost up business.
- Establish a long-range plan on capacity and business growth to leverage low cost and improve on-time delivery. Demonstrate strong tactical negotiation skills with buyers.
- Product development, Trend analysis, Fashion forecasting, and sustainable Material sourcing according to the buyer and company requirements.
- Able to handle costing & pricing properly.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor/ Honors
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Education in textile background will get preference.
- 13 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
- Age 36 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Experience in Woven garments marketing.
- Experience in Buying office and Factory is highly preferable.
- Good product knowledge and sourcing process skill is a requisites.
- Must have deep knowledge of all kinds of fabrics & accessories.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Result-oriented and self-driven with a strong focus on deadlines.
- Experience in Woven garments marketing.
- Experience in Buying office and Factory is highly preferable.
