- Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, vacation and sick leaves) This individual will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring HR compliance, and providing strategic support to the organization.
- Must have practical knowledge to Operate Payroll Software independently. Have good knowledge about grades on the basis of salary.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, and motivation. and preservation of human capital.
- Provide technical support and advice in the maintenance and support of the company payroll systems, encompassing areas such as salary and wage payments, deductions, time-reporting, Piece rate processes, workers' compensation, and related areas.
- Maintain employee records (Personal file, leave, attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Have strong knowledge of Bangladesh labor law.
- Management reports and provides decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Ensure smooth administrative support.
- Must be analytical to prepare various HR management reports.
- Any other related Administrative and Welfare jobs that may be assigned by the Management.
