Responsibilities & Context:Oversee all kitchen operations, acting as the primary leader.⁠Supervise, train, and mentor all kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and discipline.Maintain a positive and productive work environment while resolving conflicts.⁠Plan and design menus, considering seasonality, customer preferences, and cost control.Innovate new recipes and update the menu regularly.Manage stock levels, storage, and rotation to minimize waste and spoilage.Control food costs and kitchen expenses.⁠Assist in pricing dishes to balance profitability and customer value.Train staff in proper food handling and sanitation practices.Experience:
  • 10 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Only Male
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Skills & Expertise:Head Chef,Professional Chef,restaurant chef,Sous ChefCompensation & Other Benefits:
