Responsibilities & Context:

Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings for interior and exterior projects.
Develop accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs.
Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting to achieve life-like visuals.
Produce fast renders without compromising on quality, meeting urgent deadlines.
Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand design concepts.
Incorporate client feedback quickly into updated 3D visuals.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure final renders reflect approved concepts accurately.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Prioritize urgent project renders as directed by management.
Create 3D walkthrough animations for major projects when required.
Prepare presentation boards and visual content for client meetings.
Ensure visual outputs are in formats compatible with various presentation tools.
Ensure all 3D visuals are delivered with high detail, correct scale, and realistic finishes.
Use industry-standard software

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Diploma in Architecture

Experience:

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 28 to 35 years

Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.Efficient file management and project documentation.Time management for urgent delivery of renders.Skills & Expertise:3D Studio Max,AutoCAD,Corona Render,Vray renderCompensation & Other Benefits:
