Responsibilities & Context:Job Overview: The International Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and resources to international students from the point of inquiry through their educational journey. The counselor will assist students with immigration matters, cultural adjustment, academic planning, and personal issues to ensure their success in both academic and social environments.Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive one-on-one counseling to international students on academic, personal, cultural, and immigration-related matters.
Assist students with course selection, registration, admission, physical enrolment and academic planning.
Provide comprehensive student support with formatting/creating CV, writing Statement of Purpose (SOP), QA test & Pre-CAS Interview preparation.
Prepare complete application pack with all required documents, manage portfolio of university and submit student application using online portal.
Support students with issues related to cultural adaptation and integration into the academic community.
Advise students on visa regulations, compliance with immigration laws, and maintaining legal student status.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and communicate updates to students.
Connect with aspiring student within online digital marketing campaign including social media, blog, email marketing to optimize website traffic and generate lead.
Plan and organize cultural events, workshops, and seminars to provide information for students to adjust life in a new country.
Act as a first point of contact for international students in emergencies.
Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations related to international student enrollment and retention.
Maintain accurate records related to international students' enrolment and visa status.
Serve as a liaison between the institution and external organizations, such as government agencies and international student.
Participate in recruitment activities, including fairs and information sessions aimed at prospective international students.
Advocate honesty, fairness and accurate information sharing with applicant to maintain high standard service in line with 4S education Consultancy commitment to its clients.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 24 to 38 years

Strong desire to learn & improve personally & professionally, commitment to provide excellent service, prompt and accurate communication with understanding of protecting personal information / maintain confidentiality is essential for this role.
