Responsibilities & Context:Identify and develop new local & export markets.Build and maintain customer relationships.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales deals.Promote products through branding & marketing activities.Coordinate with farms/hatchery to match supply with demand.Oversee logistics, cold-chain, and timely delivery.Track competitors and market trends for pricing strategy.Prepare sales reports and support management in forecasting.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience:

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shrimp, Fisheries
