Responsibilities & Context:Raw materials sampling and analysis of food products.In process quality control (IPQC).Identifying the root cause and action plan against any kind of quality related issues.Microbiological work testWorking with the production department to develop productivity and product quality.Manage occupational safety, health and environment inside the total plant as a member of the safety committee and help to improve unsafe act or condition by following the safety manualOverall Supervision of QC Department.Strictly adhere to occupational safety system.Submit a report regularly on raw materials, pH value and quality of finished products accordingly.Prepare and submit Daily performance reportEnsure proper documentation.Documentation work (ISO, HACCP, BSTI)To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.Education Requirements:M. Sc in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Food Technology with good academic record.Experience:

5 to 8 years
