Responsibilities & Context:Monno Fabrics Ltd (Spinning Unit), a leader in the textile industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about maintaining cutting-edge spinning machinery and ensuring seamless utility management, this is the opportunity for you!Responsibilities;

Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of spinning machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee utility management, including power, water, and air systems, to support uninterrupted production.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance team productivity.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 26 to 45 years
Only Male

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in spinning machinery maintenance and utility management.
Strong knowledge of textile machinery, PLC systems, and utility operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
