- Coordinating with the logistics, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments to guarantee timely product and material availability in order to fulfill client requests and production schedules
- Coordinating and streamlining storage and warehouse layout for optimal accessibility and efficiency
- Ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and hygienic practices in the handling and storage of food items
- Directing and inspiring a group of warehouse workers and storekeepers to attain operational excellence and client satisfaction
- Keeping an eye on and evaluating store-related key performance indicators (KPIs) and carrying out activities for continuous improvement
