Responsibilities & Context:Product & Catalog ManagementManage and update product listings across the Benji Mall website and online marketplaces.Write accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.Upload high-quality product images, videos, and detailed specifications.Ensure all product information-including price, stock, variations, and features-is correct and regularly updated.Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare and execute campaigns, offers, and promotions.Monitor competitor products, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities for optimization.Work closely with the procurement team to onboard new products and brands.Performance Tracking & OptimizationTrack product performance and sales trends, providing actionable suggestions for improvement.Ensure all listings comply with company brand guidelines and e-commerce best practices.Operations & Customer SupportTrack parcel shipments and take necessary action if any issues occur.Manage online customer Q&A.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

At least 1 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At most 30 years
