- Daily 4 hours and weekly 5 days working time.
- Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
- Communicate customers regularly in appropriate accent.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or Text.
- You must have a good voice and convincing power by phone.
- Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
- Must able to work by shifting (10am to 2pm or 2:30pm to 6:30pm)
- Aiming to achieve monthly target.
