Responsibilities & Context:Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager (Sales and Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet our business objectives. They will also be responsible for managing and motivating our sales and marketing team to achieve their individual targets.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.Manage and motivate the sales and marketing teams.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management.Monitor and report on competitor activity.Oversee the design and production of marketing materials.Education Requirements:

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Master in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Experience:

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
