- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot email servers (Postfix, Zimbra).
- Manage user accounts, spam filters, and email backups.
- Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install and configure OS (Windows, Linux, macOS), drivers, and software updates.
- Set up and troubleshoot IP phones (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, Yealink).
- Configure SIP trunks, extensions, and call routing.
- Develop and update simple websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, or basic CMS.
- Fix broken links, update content, and ensure website security.
- Install and configure biometric systems, RFID cards, and electronic door locks.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and access permission issues.
- Set up and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Diagnose connectivity issues (IP conflicts, DNS, DHCP problems).

- Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Engineering
- Certifications like CCNA, RHCSA, RHCE, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ (preferred but not mandatory).

- Hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and hardware repairs.
- Email servers (Exchange, SMTP, IMAP).

- Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, subnetting).
