Responsibilities & ContextEnsure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas.Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent.Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.To lead & control the section of MCD dept.To ensure that, the responsible documentation of incoming materials e.g.- dyes, chemicals & pigments are properly received, recorded & checked.To ensure that, the stocks are properly stored to prevent from damage, loss, pilferage or mixing with other orders.To receive the indent & make purchase orders & ensure on time delivery & procurement as per specification.To coordinate with supply chain, production, purchase & procurement dept. while purchasing products.To maintain inventory management system (Excel & ERP) records & reports.To make the monthly closing stock.To understand & implement the quality management system & company quality policy.To understand & implement the chemical management system for chemical storage & handling as well as maintain chemical inventory records with all related information.Team work by co-relating with inner & different sections according to their needs.Overall office management as required.All sorts of buyer (QMS, Social, Environmental, Technical & Bond) or visitor handlingMaintaining & analyzing buyer related inventory like as screen chemistry, H&M and clean Chain.Following 100% batch wise receive & issue of local & imported chemicals.Maintaining & following good housekeeping at working places with its record.Taking immediate action based on any NC (Non-Compliance) that are raised by visitor/buyers.Well record keeping & documentation of traceability audit.Fulfilling 100% requirements of chemicals according to chemical management & company policy.Monitoring on time delivery of materials to the respective places like as Sub-store, production, ETP & other related dept.Maintaining effective communication with the related concerns like as Production, Lab, SCM, Procurement, Audit & Costing Departments.Negotiation skill with proper outcome according to the demand of situationSkills & ExpertiseChemical Management Erp software Inventory management Negotiation and Convince Skill Purchase Procurement Quality Control Management Stock ManagementCompensation & Other Benefits
