Responsibilities & Context:Should have an experience and understanding of how to teach children aged 3-12.Should be able to create and mark assessments that accurately gauge student performance.Must be able to keep accurate records of assessment data.Must be able to write detailed lesson plans.Must be creative, energetic and have a passion for teaching young learners.Should be able to demonstrate lessons, and teaching methods employed in previous jobs and their outcome/effectiveness.Should be we apt to teach all reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Minimum requirement is a Bachelor`s degree in any subject, but B.ED/M.ED is preferable.Applicant must have completed O' & A' levels (English Medium Background) or possess IELTS 6.5 minimum certificate.Experience:

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School, Kindergarten

Additional Job Requirements:Applicant with 2 years + of experienceThe applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Teaching/Training and it should be included in the CV with dates of joining and leaving.CV's that do not mention work experience will be rejected.Additional Job Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience with PROOF of track recordMust be able to show teaching aids and previous mock tests/lesson plansMust have knowledge of effective classroom management strategies.Knowledge of Rubrics grading system a plus.Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy a plus.Any teacher's training completed is also a plusCompensation & Other Benefits:Holiday pay (after 1 year of tenure), further teaching training, and tuition discount for child/children among others.
