Responsibilities & Context:Productivity Monitoring, Specification Check.Compare & enhance production.Compare production according to planning and take countermeasures for deviations, if any.Process control & floor supervision.Ensuring the smooth running of the workforce & machines.Ability to work with Hierarchy, Co-workers & Subordinates.Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance TPM) Methodology.Increase Monthly Performance Evaluation (MPE) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).Any other Job as and when assigned by the Management.Supervise production workers on the shopfloor.Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety guidelines.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preferenceExperience:

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Packaging Industry, Paper
