Responsibilities & Context:Perform routine and emergency diagnostic examinations (blood, urine, tissue, and other bodily fluids, etc.) as per the physician`s requests.Assist patients during imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and compliance with safety standards.Ensure accurate image capture, documentation, labeling, and entry into the PACS (Picture Archiving & Communication System).Maintain patient confidentiality and provide appropriate instructions before, during, and after procedures.Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure proper functioning.Maintain detailed records of procedures performed, including patient details, exposure data, and technical notes.Ensure all data is correctly entered in digital systems.Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and physiotherapists for patient management and workflow coordination.Education Requirements:
  • Diploma in Pathology
Experience:
  • At least 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic
Additional Job Requirements:Three-year Diploma in Pathology from any recognized institution.A minimum of 4-5 years of clinical experience in a tertiary care or specialized hospital setting is preferred.Proficient in the use of radiologic equipment and imaging systems.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Strong communication and time-management skills.Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.Skills & Expertise:Laboratory testingCompensation & Other Benefits:Monthly Consolidated Salary BDT 33,318.00 as per TLMI-B policy.Company Information:The Leprosy Mission International-Bangladesh (TLMI-B) is a Member of The Leprosy Mission (TLM) Global Fellowship which is an International Christian faith-based organization, committed to change the lives of persons affected by leprosy.
